To say yes to life, you have to start saying yes to life experiences
Saying yes to the universe open the gate to receiving what your soul wants. Saying yes to anything that makes us nervous, things that take us out of our comfort zone is crucial, you have to force yourself to say yes to it. There are things you want to do which is a big yes however because of fear, you said NO. there is this crazy thing that happens the very moment you said yes to life experience, to everything.
The very act of doing the thing that scares you will undo the fear, making it not scaring, you begin to see all your social anxiety gradually disappearing. How amazing it is all because of the power of one word YES. You’re not perfect on it, but you have to try hard to practice it.
The hardest thing about saying yes to the sphere is that it means accepting everything life puts in our front. Most of us have a habit of going through our days saying NO to the things we don’t and YES to the things we do, and yet, everything we encounter in our life.
When we say yes, we enter into a state of trust that whatever our situation is we can work with it. We express confidence in ourselves the sphere, and we also express a willingness to learn from whatever comes our way rather than running and hiding when we don’t like what we see.
We may be afraid that if we say yes to the things we don’t like we will be stuck with them forever, but really, it is only through acknowledging the existence of what’s not working for us that we can begin the process of change.
The question we might ask ourselves is what it will take for us to get to the point of saying yes. For some of us, it takes coming up against something we can’t ignore, escape, or deny and so we left no choice but to say yes. For others, it just seems a natural progression of events that leads us to decide to say yes to life.
Whenever you say YES to something you gain an experience. And with that experience — whether it’s good or bad — come valuable life lessons that help shape and build your character.
To put it another way, saying YES will always be of value in some way, while saying NO just maintains the status-quo. In fact, saying NO limits you in a great many ways. Not only do you not grow, but you also don’t experience more of what the world has to offer. Your perspective will, therefore, remain limited, which keeps you locked ever so tightly within the confines of your comfort zone.
The first step to saying yes is that in the end, is so much easier than the alternative.
